The Problem....
During the Winter season for anti-icing and during the Spring/Summer season for dust control, thousands of tonnes of sand, salt and oil-based products are used to the detriment of our envirmonment.
Sand creates dust, clogs drains and catch basins, as well as needing to be cleaned up at the end of each season creating additional costs.
Salt, including brine (salt & water) and un-inhibited Calcium Chloride, kills vegetation, contaminates underground water sources, as well as being highly corrosive.
Oil-based products mainly used in the dust control of horse arenas is caustic to both the animals and the environment.
The Solution....
Magnesium Chloride is a liquid enhanced salt that is environmentally-friendly and has proven through extensive testing to be far LESS corrosive then basic brine or Calcium Chloride. It's a natural choice in the Spring & Summer for Orchards and Vineyards. For the winter season, our products are mixed with a corrosion/rust-inhibiting additive derived from organic keratin!
